株式会社Design Do 高木佳が登壇「長期主義が描く未来のライフスタイル」について講演

2025年7月3日、深圳・前海エリアにて、クリエイティブプラットフォーム「FRAME」が企画するフォーラム「山海聚落・国際新章：長期主義下のライフスタイル革命」が開催されました。都市開発、建築設計、文化芸術、商業運営など、幅広い分野の専門家が集い、未来の都市像やライフスタイルについて多角的な議論が交わされました。

On July 3, 2025, a forum entitled “Mountain & Sea Settlement, A New International Chapter: Lifestyle Revolution under Long-Termism”, organized by FRAME, was held in the Qianhai district of Shenzhen. The event brought together experts from diverse fields such as urban development, architecture, cultural arts, and commercial operations to discuss the future vision of cities and lifestyles.

本フォーラムの円卓セッション「第三の空間覚醒：商業体はいかに都市文化を再構築するか」において、株式会社Design Do 代表の高木佳が登壇。東京の成熟した国際的街区における経験をもとに、長期主義と持続可能なライフスタイルの重要性について講演しました。

During the roundtable session “The Awakening of the Third Space: How Commercial Complexes Reshape Urban Culture”, Takagi Kei, Representative of Design Do Inc., took the stage. Drawing from his experiences in Tokyo’s mature international districts, he highlighted the importance of long-termism and sustainable lifestyle development.

高木は、「文化が変化しても、中高端人材や家族が求めるのは常に全方位的で高品質なライフスタイルです。優れた立地、教育資源、医療環境、交通ネットワークを備えた街は、物質的な快適さだけでなく精神的な充足をもたらします」と述べました。さらに、「商業プロジェクトの準備期こそが未来を方向付ける基盤であり、持続可能で多様な収益モデルこそが長期主義の核心です」と強調しました。

Takagi noted, “Even as cultures change, high-level professionals and families consistently seek a holistic, high-quality lifestyle. A truly livable city must offer not only superior location, education, medical services, and transportation networks, but also provide spiritual fulfillment beyond material comfort.” He further emphasized, “The preparation phase of a commercial project is the foundation that sets its direction, and sustainable, diversified revenue models are the core of long-termism.”

今回の登壇を通じ、株式会社Design Do は国際的な都市づくりにおける視点を共有し、未来のライフスタイル像を描き出す一助となりました。
